Organic China White Butterfly

A refined organic white tea from China with striking green-silver, softly downy tea leaves. When brewed, the light leaves unfurl gracefully in the water, almost like small butterflies. Brewing advice:

Use approximately 2–3 grams of tea per cup (200 ml) and let the water cool to about 70–80 °C after boiling. Then steep the tea for 2–3 minutes. By not using water that is too hot, the soft, refined, and slightly sweet flavours of the white tea are beautifully preserved.
