Refund policy

Return Policy – VanAnke

You have 15 days to return an item. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

When can you return something?

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The packaging must be closed and intact.
  • You need proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned?

  • Loose tea or other perishable products.
  • Gift cards.

Partial Refunds

Sometimes you may not receive a full refund, for example if:

  • The product arrives damaged or incomplete.
  • You return it later than 15 days.

How does the refund process work?

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email.
  • If everything is in order, we will refund the amount to your account.
  • Shipping costs for the return are not reimbursed.

  • Check your bank account.
  • Wait a few days, as it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

If your product arrives broken or damaged, we will exchange it for the same product. Please send us an email via the contact form.

Returning Shipments

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
  • These costs are non-refundable.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using tracked shipping or shipping insurance to ensure the package arrives safely.
