Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: 7–14 business days (depending on customs)
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: Shipping costs are €3.50, and orders over €35 qualify for free shipping.
- Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package is damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via the contact form. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
