A characterful oolong from Taiwan with a beautiful balance between the freshness of green tea and the full, warm notes of black tea. Partial oxidation gives this tea its layered character: soft and round, slightly floral and with subtle roasted notes.

An elegant tea that continues to unfold during brewing. The leaves can be steeped multiple times, with each infusion revealing different nuances.

Brewing advice

Quantity: 2–3 grams per 250 ml
Water temperature: 85–90 °C
Steeping time: 2–3 minutes

The same tea leaves can be re-steeped 2 to 3 times. Extend the steeping time slightly with each subsequent infusion.

Tip: Preferably drink this oolong without milk or sugar, so that the natural aromas can be fully appreciated.
